Creekside is Closing
Recently I’ve made the decision that it’s time for some new beginnings. At the end of July, I will be closing Creekside.
To Our Clients
Thank you so much for using our local, independent business over the years. Working with you has been truly inspiring and and I hope that Creekside has been able to play at least a small part in your successes.
As I step away from Creekside, it is important to me that you continue to have great support for your marketing projects. As such, I have been searching for a local agency that I think will be a great fit for our clients.
I am excited to introduce you to Spruce Creative – a local Ottawa agency that shares many of Creekside’s values around community building. Nadia and Rose will be joining the Spruce Creative team in August.
Like Creekside, Spruce Creative combines the full suite of marketing services of a larger firm with the personalized approach of a smaller agency.
Someone on the Spruce team always answers the phone (during business hours, of course!), and the owners, Paul Marconi and Andrew Vincent, are directly involved in working with clients on their goals and projects.
I am confident that the Spruce team’s combination of strategy, graphic design, writing and web expertise – but most of all, the care Paul and Andrew take in building long-term relationships with their clients – will serve you well.
CLIENTS: YOUR ACTION REQUIRED
ASAP and no later than JULY 27th, I need to know where you would like your files, passwords and Basecamp project history transferred.
If you’d like us to forward them to Spruce, please email me authorizing me to do so.
If you’d like them transferred elsewhere, I will need to know the contact info (name, phone and email) of your contact.
Please note: for another company to have access to Basecamp, they will need to have an active account there.
It’s Been Quite a Journey!
To all of Creekside’s clients, friends, supporters, and of course our awesome employees & freelancers, I feel very proud of all that we accomplished and I hope you do too. I am very hopeful that you’ll keep in touch and remember the good times.
